We are two close friends looking for responsible positive easy going room mates who like going out every now and again. Its right across from Murdoch University very close to the supermarkets 20 mins from the city and within walking distance to the train station. The house is rather large and is made for a big family with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Except for your room the house is fully furnished and we have plenty of space for you to bring extra things if you so wish. Youre room will have its own in-built wardrobe.The atmosphere is very fun relaxed and friendly. Humor is important and we all like kidding around. Wed love to meet all your friends and have drinks/barbecue at ours but we do our heavy partying out in the clubs. Were night owls (shift work) and all in our early to mid 20s. We wouldnt mind a youngin (less than 21) but theyd have to be fairly mature for their age. Anyone over 30 would need to be young at heart. Responsibilities include general cleanliness paying rent on time cooking once per week for the house (everyone cooks on their own selected day which means you only have to cook once a week) doing your fair share when the rent inspection comes round buying beers every once in a blue moon for massive brownie points and enjoying yourself.
