The room is HUGE with a BIR room for a desk and queen bed…The house is fully furnished – and I can provide a desk for the room if you like – you will need to bring your own bed though!Rent is $150 incl all bills (gas elec water etc)Bond is $400.I am a 25 y.o mature age student at Curtin and work part-time in the city.
