hey I have 2 rooms for rent I bought my own place a couple of years ago its 4 bedroomed… I have 2 indoor cats so must be able to live with cats and like cats… $180 per week this includes bills not food… I require a bond of $360.. a contract will also be done up. Must pay on time and be reliable have a full time job and I will not allow people that do drugs in my house… I have a outdoor spa as well… don’t mind male or female but I would like some one thats going to help a bit with house work as well
