I own my own home, and this year transitioning to spend a little more time with my partner in his home a few days a week. Looking for someone to share house who is a non-smoker, works full-time, clean and tidy, easy to get along with (fun and a sense of humour go a long way), enjoys a quality environment and respectful of self and others (including property). Must love animals – I have a 14-year old very friendly dog, and 2 indoor-only cats who are great company. While the home is small, it is fully furnished (including your room), and plenty of space to enjoy your own area – with a lounge room and a large enclosed outdoor living area with TV, BBQ, access to backyard luxury pool, and vegetable gardens. $250 a week includes reasonable internet usage, but not food or utilities (to negotiate a part share in cost). Home has reverse cycle AC units, including your room. Use of your own bathroom and toilet which is also to be kept clean and tidy at all times as is shared by any (infrequent) guests visiting the home. Two driveways, with plenty of room to park your car (sorry no undercover parking is the only drawback). Close to all amenities (shopping village/centres, gym, markets, train, bus, airport all close by). Prefer someone who enjoys the quiet life when at home, has several interests outside of work and appreciates social/shared living and has the life skills to be an enjoyable “roomie”.
