Me and my partner are a young couple looking for someone to rent our spare room. The room comes with a queen size bed and a large built in wardrobe. The house is a large layout that is kept clean and tidy at all times. We are close to pubic transport and shopping centers. House is located in a quite cold-e-sac with friendly neighbors. Gardens are currently being re furbished. we have a young dog called angel who lives outside and a bird named Archie he lives inside who are both friendly but can not be around other animals.
