(long study table with chairs a huge cupboard 2 smaller cupboard a small round table double bed with mattress 2 side tables) * This is an ensuite master bedroom so there you have your own bathroom. * Rent is $209 per week for the whole room. (split between 2 persons =$104.5)Info about the house: * Preferably students as it is very near Murdoch University (on south street about 15mins walk away). * This house is a 4 bedroom house (all have individual bathrooms) * Preferably female as the other rooms in the house are occupied by female students too. * Whole house is furnished. * Big dining area * Big dining area with sofa and TV. * Kitchen area has a lot of cupboard space. * Laundry area (with washing machine and dryer) and a guest toilet. * Internet bill is shared amongst the housemates (about $20 a month) * Electricity water and gas bills is capped per month and included in the rent (if bills exceed the cap then housemates pay at the end of the contract). * Garage space for 2 cars!! * Walking distant to shopping center and bus stops. * RENT is paid every 4 weeks and there is a 3 week bond to be paid. * Contract is till 6th February and is renewable at the end of the year.
