Im a single working proffessional with a daughter who stays 2 nights a week. Hence Im looking for only female non smokers to rent the seperate wing of the house. Basically the wing has its own bathroom and sperate toilet. Use of the kitchen and laundry is no problem and we have a dishwasher. The house and lands are large with a pool. Rent of $150 includes gas and elec. There is parking I cant seem to change that on the add
