The house is reasonably new and very comfortable and spacious. Its 10 minutes walk to Albany Highway so entertainment transport and shopping are close by. The city is not far away either.Curtin University is very close.The Rent is from $750 per month plus utlities (or inc if youre FIFO) or $340 per fortnight….alternatively $170 per week.The rent includes unlimited wireless internet and use of the house hold items.There is good yard space outdoor and a shed for storage.The available bedrooms has a queen size bed already in it large built in robes and good access to natural light and breezes.The house is fully furnished and cooking utensils and linen (if required) are provided.Sorry but no pets as my cat thinks she owns the place….and no smokers.
