I am a friendly fun loving female who is currently seeking two respectful housemates. 1 Male + 1 Female. to rent out 2 rooms in a lovely quiet area within Coogee.

The house is a spacious 4 Bed 1 Bathroom property with a decent size alfresco. There is a double garage that, at the present is utilised for storage however, can be adjusted if required. There is enough parking for all of our cars (if you have a car) on the driveway.

No couples, pets or weirdos.

Rent and bills are all split 3 ways, however, I have an arrangement with my FIFO friend that he may stay in the spare room on occasions on his week off and if he does, he will pay for the week he is here, which will go directly towards our bills.

5 Minute Walk to Coogee Beach.

5 Minute Walk to Small Shopping Centre. Wood fired Pizzas, Fish n Chips, Deli, Bakers Delight.

2 Minute Walk to 3 parks.

5 Minute Drive to Phoenix Shopping Centre.

5 Minute Drive to Henderson Industrial Area.

10 Minute Drive to Fremantle.

30 Minute Drive to Perth City.
