Available for rent is the master bedroom of a 3/2 town house in Como. The room is large has a walk in robe and its own toilet and shower. There is also a reverse cycle split system air con.The house itself is modern there are x2 lounge rooms and a good sized kitchen and a dining area. Outside there is a little covered patio area with a table / chairs. There is also a bus stop located outside our house so if you work in town it will only take 10 mins to get there.You will be sharing with a x2 26 year old males one studies full-time and works part-time the other works full-time.We have no preference with gender but would prefer someone who is working in a steady job so there is no issues with rent payment.We also have foxtel and wireless internet that costs $48 p/month.
