Hey! Im Sarah and Im looking for a someone to share my house in Carlisle. I live in a single-storey villa 1km from the Park Centre in East Vic Park (shopping centre/cafe strip) 5 minutes walk to the Carlisle train station less than 10 minutes drive to the Perth CBD. The house: – is comfortably furnished – has a simple to maintain garden (lucky because Im a TERRIBLE gardener)- an outdoor seating area (with fairy lights .))- is in a cul-de-sac so theres little traffic – is close to a bike path through (Burswood to East Perth) – has 2 parking spaces (one covered one not – both off the street) and – a wireless internet connection. The master bedroom is unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe along one wall. The room is approximately 3 x 3.5m (not including wardrobe) – so comfortably fits a QS bed etc. The room will be available in early January (my lovely current flatmate/friend is moving in with her boyfriend between Christmas and New Years – Im sad shes going!). What about *me*?… I am a friendly 30y/o female who works full time. (In Semester 1 2013 I will be attending university part-time as well as working.) In my spare time I enjoy sewing/dressmaking playing squash catching up with friends and trying new restaurants!
