I have a fully furnished room with heat pump/air con and large wardrobe available from now until the end of September in a newly renovated furnished house in North Carlisle. The other flatties are in there mid twenties and are active and social like there sports/music and out and about a bit on the weekends… nice people. Were a 5 min walk from Carlisle train station and bus route is pretty much right outside! 5k (5-10min drive) from Perth CBD and 10 min walk to Vic Park cafe/bar strip… Weve got all the general stuff brand new kitchen dishwasher oven plasma tv and wireless internet being hooked up this week…. May suit someone needing to find there feet in perth or someone just here for a short time…Strong possibility there will be another room going in 2 months time but cant say for sure unfortunately
