You will have your own bathroom as we have our own ensuite – and there will still be another spare room so plenty of space for everyone Oh – and its a double garage so secure parkign too if needed. Only 200m to nearest Deli Medical Surgery Restaurant etc. 300m to bustop – which takes to Train Station / Murdoch Uni etc. About 2min drive to Livingston Shopping Centre – so great location and on a really quiet nice street Will look at short termers as well minimum 1 month as long as youre willing to pay all rent upfront in this situation. Room etc is $180pw for one person $250pw for a couple- HOWEVER we are willing to reduce rent to $160pw for FIFO workers (that do 2/1 swing) given you arent around as much!
