I’m looking for someone to share renting my house. It’s only small, but you’ll have two rooms, both with built in wardrobes, and one room with reverse cycle split system airconditioner. You’ll also have the main bathroom to yourself – complete with bath! It’s a tidy house, with kitchen, laundry (with drying courtyard) as well as family room/lounge and alfresco area out the back. It’s in a quite street, in a nice neighbourhood, with a bus stop at the end of the street and shops just 2kms away.

I’m looking for a neat roommate, that wants to share the space. Aside from the room available for rent, the rest of the house if fully furnished. The house is only 2yrs old, and so has a nice comfortable feel.

Ammenities and internet aren’t included in the rent, but are generally pretty low.
