The bedroom has a double bed a dresser with a mirror and a double size built in robe. The room is ideal for some body who does not have any furniture but if you do have furniture we can move everything to the shed. The whole house is also furnished. Bathroom and toilet is shared with myself but Im clean and tidy so dont worry Plenty of front lawn or street side to park your car on as garage is already full. We are in and out all the time. Normally out til late on weekends. We are fun but mature and easy to live with. Great location house backs onto South Street. Walk to Bull Creek Shops Murdoch Train Station and Murdoch Uni and close to bus services. We are looking for a female aged 18-24 with similar interests who is realible with rent and is trustworthy. We are not a party house but are cruisy as about having mates over and we are both easy going and laid back to live with.
