No Bond required just two weeks rent up front when you move in. You will only be sharing the bathroom with two of us.The house is fully furnished with everything youll need. The Room is small-medium sized semi furnished with a double sized bed and built in Wardrobe. You must be able to provide I.D be able to rent on time and sign a personal contract agreement.
