we are lookin for a housemate to live with us. We are 2 easy going girls, both 25. We love to have a few drinks and like our music..but not too loud all the time as one of us needs to study! The room would fit a double bed in and can organise room to be furnished. The bathroom is only shared with one other, which is a bonus. We have an outside entertainment area and has a BBQ.. we dont mind girl or guy moving in. The booragoon bus station is right next door as well as garden city, a major shopping centre to walk to and from however, there is room for one car .The melville fitness centre is also across the road. Its not loud because we are at the back of the units tucked away. Would love to hear from anyone who is interested in moving in the middle of October
