About the villa:This villa is located in Booragoon and is close to Garden City Shopping Centre Booragoon Bus Station and Bullcreek Train Station. I am offering one of the spare rooms. Currently the room is unfurnished however within the next few months if a person does not move in with their own furniture i will be funishing it. There is one bathroom in the unit but it has just been renovated and is definitely large enough for two people to share! The villa has two living areas and formal dining and two courtyard areas..so lots of space if you want your own space. There is a two car garage so happy for you to use the other bay!About me:Im am a young professional female looking for a housemate who is happy to share equally in chores and keeping the house tidy. Im outgoing and independent and also happy to chill out at home. It would be nice to have a housemate who is up for good fun sharing meals and a wine but also a person who can be equally independent.
