hi i currently rent a 3 bedroom house in a good location close to river and Fremantle (10 mins by bus).Shops really close by and transport. The house is fully furnished huge shed/studio. I have 2 kids 10 and 7 years old who stay over 2-3 days a week. The house has been up for sale since before christmas.Not sure whats happening there?I m planning to live in Ubud Bali and commute to work every 2-3 weeks in Perth so the house is going to be empty come end of March .I just dont want to pay full rent whilest not there all the time.House is pretty big… clean furniture..etc spare double bed. I m pretty laid back ….no really..! err…would suit some one looking for a room in a house !I might even move into studio/shed and share communal spaces etc.. looking for 2 people pref female cause of the kids visiting.No smoking in the house starting fires or pissing on the carpet please! BBQ out back ..lots of space for cars.
