Brand new in central lovely Bicton, close to shops, River and Public Transport, room has QS Bed and bed side tables and drawers, BIR, fully furnished house, nice and modern and comfortable to share with professional, full-time working, easy going, fun, single Mum with 8 year old who is well behaved and goes to bed at 7.30 everynight who leads a busy busy busy life. Child is no trouble. Utilities included and WIFI but download exceeded on plan needs to be covered. Occassional shared meals, lots of fun but respectful. Garden inc, cleaner considered. I am neat but not obsessive and would appreciate same. Movie Room, study, own bathroom and toilet. Seperate powder room downstairs.
