The house features an alfresco with an open plan living area dishwasher, washing machine and reverse cycled heating/air conditioning. Public transportation is walking distance and the shopping centre is nearby.

Rent is $200 pw for the double bedrooms which includes gas, electricity, and water. The theatre room will need to be discussed if wanted. All rooms are available ASAP for a period of 6 months and will require 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks upfront. Sorry no pets.

You must be a Clean, respectful and pitch in with the day to day household chores ( Garbage bins,dishes etc)
FIFO would be great but would consider all applications with references.
