I have either a single($145+util) or double($170+utils) room available in Bentley sharing my daughter(24) myself(52) and pets. We are close to the city and major shopping centres with a bus stop 50mtrs from the front door. We are a fairly quiet and easy going household who are happy to socialise but also think having your own space is a good thing.
