Room available in 3×2 Bentley unit. For only $150pw you will have your own room and bathroom (with separate toilet). Utilities (electricity, gas, water) are split 50/50. (FIFO workers are welcome but different costs apply – contact me for details). 2 weeks rent as bond and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Room is available 15 June 2013.

Photos are a little old and are for an idea of size only. There is currently a double bed, bedside table, and coffee table in the available room with plenty of room to move around still. The room is available furnished (double bed and bedside table, you will need to supply your own linen) or unfurnished. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

Situated in a nice quiet street only 2 minutes from Bentley Plaza, 10 minutes drive to Carousel, Curtin Uni/Bentley TAFE is only 5km away and Perth CBD is a 15 min drive.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. From couches in the lounge room, to a dining room table and an outdoor setting. The kitchen has everything you could need – fridge, microwave, dishwasher, even a coffee machine! There is also a washing machine available in the laundry.

I have a Maltese x shitzu puppy, so you must be ok with dogs. He is well trained and only spends time inside with people.

There is a carport available right outside the unit so you do not need to park on the street.

I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself and prefers a night in with friends over a wild night out, and am seeking someone similar as a housemate.
