HiAre you 18 to 35 friendly and respectful?We have a room available with bunk beds a desk/bookcase and BIR . Youll have use of a nice sized bathroom which includes separate bath and shower and those heated lights.The modernish house has two living areas meaning you can catch some alone time or socialise with your housemates. Most of the house is freshley painted with downlights in kitchen dinning and one living area. There is also a nice new garden/lawn in the yard.Your housemates are Chris and Michelle (owners) both working professionals in their mid 20s and soon to be another Australian tenent. We also have two cats.The house also has another common room where we do the ironing. In terms of the laundry there is a washing machine which is obviously free to use as are all the other appliances in the house. We have also just brought a dishwasher but have to install it.Apart from the stuff above the room rate includes all the bills (water power gas) including broadband wireless internet and local/STD phone calls (int. and mobile calls to be paid for). Youd need to do your own thing for food or go equal shares.Other things you might need to know: Bond is $400 and rent to be a week in advance. CheersChris and Michelle
