Looking for someone to fill a room in our 4 bedroom house in Beeliar. You’ll get a choice of 2 rooms (the one in the picture is the bigger of the 2) you also get you own toilet and bathroom.
The roommates you’ll share with are chilled out fun people who don’t mind an occasional drink. We are looking for a FIFO preferably a male.
The house is located about 5 minutes from Cockburn central with the gate and various shops and 15mins from the beach so located in a good area socially.
Rent is $200 a week with bills included.
Room comes unfurnished.
A bond of $300 is needed also.
