Hi there we had a fully furnished room advertised for 150 per week on here and that went really quickly (please ignore pics of more expensive room) so we have decided to look at renting out the other spare room. This room is NOT furnished is a reasonable size has its own wardrobe and TV point and A/C duct. We are only asking 120.00 for this room and are not fussed about the length of time that anyone would like to rent it for…short term or long term is fine with us. The home itself is located in Baldivis which at the end of the freeway south about 30 minutes drive into the city or the train station is about a 5 minute drive away. It takes about 15 – 20 minutes to get to Mandurah and around 10 minutes to several really nice beaches and swimming areas not to mention some fantastic fishing spots. We are both laid back and easy going people who enjoy a few drinks now and then and who work F/T and are out alot. We also have a 5 month old labrador puppy and a burmese cat so would prefer people who like animals. The house is furnished with very nice modern furniture has a home theatre with plasma xbox360 and foxtel as well as internet access. There is only off street parking available as our vehicles are put in the garage..sorry!!. We would prefer someone who is working or a student must be able to get a police clearance and no couples.
