Hi, i have 3 room available, 1 with a queen side bed. and others are to BYO bed set. I prefer non smokers but only if agreed to smoke outside of the house.
The house is brand new. No landscaping in backyard yet.
I have wi fi internet access, cinema room to watch dvds/blue rays. pool table etc.
20 second walk to bus stop and takes 14 min to Cockburn gateways train station. 15 minutes train ride from gateways to the city.
200 a week including all bills.
300 a week for couple, including all bills.
