We?Tre looking for an amazing housemate!

House has the following features
- LARGE backyard
- Washing machine & dryer
- 4 bedrooms. You will get TWO rooms. One queen bedroom, and one study / storage room
- House comes furnished, but your room isn’t. (Although we may have a bed for you if you need one)
- 5 mins from the river if you’re a runner!
- 2 mins from the bustop
- Parking space

Rent is $215 per week, bond is 4 weeks rent, bills split.

So, you won’t just be moving to a house; this is a home! Your housemates are Emerald 36yo and Andrea 25yo. This year’s resolution is to get fitter, healthier, more active and adventurous. Em’s into diving, snorkelling, boxing, now learning to surf. Andrea loves the gym, interval training, addicted to shopping, and currently is trying out the paleo diet
