Hi I am a mum with three kids – two girls and a young boy and I am lookng for someone to share my house and be friends with. I would prefer a female and it would be really good to have a hard-working student. Weve got internet access large backyard and the room I am offering is the biggest room in my house.The room currently has two single beds two closets and a wardrobe as it was a double guests room. The price for the room is $130.00 per week for one person and $250.00 per week for two people in one room.So if you got a friend thats looking for a share too then you two can share the room together and we can adjust the price for both of you. Also if its going to be a share then I wouldnt like the person to cook in my kitchen so the price will only include sleeping and utilities. Homestay includes meals and stuff.
