Hi there! We have a townhouse in an awesome location close to everything (public transport shops cafes and the river/parks) that is 10km from Perth and 9km from Fremantle. On offer: a furnished bedroom (with a bed and built in wardrobe) a bathroom (to be shared with one other eventually/maybe) and evaporative aircon gas cooking and wireless internet. Utilities (gas water electricity and internet) is included in the rent. You will be sharing with one friendly easy going Professional guy and 2 dogs (well behaved and will stay out of your way). Theres also a safe undercover spot to park your car. Looking for: Someone responsible pays rent on time and respectful to the place and people. Someone who is easy to get along with (no dramas please!) and happy to have a balance of privacy and being social and sharing a drink/meal.
