Hi I am looking for international students who need accomadation I have a 4 bedroom house in pleasant surrounding just 100 meters from cnr of Risley street and Canning Highway.From here you have access to Fremantle Murdock Curtin and WA uni. The house has just been re painted and re furbished . All rooms have bed linen wardrobe cupboards desk/ chair lamp and fan.The house has all amenities including two bathrooms two toilets two living area`s with TVs kitchen with all appliances patio with BBQ area and parking for 4 cars.there are two rooms free at this time .The single room is $150 per week and the double is $250 per week.PS; no smoking in the house.
