Hi all I am looking for a housemate to move in to my 3×1 rental home on Mt Clarence in Albany. Cute little place living areas all furnished so all you need is bedroom furniture. The house has been recently renovated so is easy look after and live in. To share with a 25yo female I work full time am very clean around the house friendly and social. Rent $150pw per person.
