Hi I have a small 3 x 1 cottage in Mundaring and would like to rent out my spare room. The house is on a beautiful 1/4 acre close to the town centre and close to public transport. The room currently has a double bed bedside table and a bookshelf in it but there isnt a great deal of room for much else. It has a built in robe. I am happy to remove the furniture if you have your own. I have a dog and a cat so you would need to like animals – if you have a dog too that is okay. I would like to live with someone that is easy to get along with has their own transportation and their own life. Rent includes electricity and water. Additional costs: food and internet (depending on how much you use).
