I have a room and bed avalible in west perth/ Leederville from now till mid July. Its a modern 3 storey town house. Living with a couple and 2 other guys. We all get along well but lead fairly separte lives due to work and hobby commitments. Its the master of the house on the 3rd floor. Its right by beaty park and the gym also bus stops right outside, take 10 mins to the city. 15 min walk to leedervile.
