I am sharing with two other roommates in West Perth. The MOST convenient location. There is a bus stop accross the road which takes five minutes to go to the city. 24hour IGA is a two-minute drive or 15 minute walk away.

Beaufort Street and Oxford Street are Perth’s coolest cafe strips and are both a two-minute drive away with lots of stuff open until very late. Beatty Park Leisure centre is accross the road as well. Northbridge, Subiaco and all the clubbing scenes aren’t too far away either

We are in a quiet laneway and there is space for one car but probably ideal if you don’t have a car.

My roommates are an international student and a full-time worker and are friendly, clean and keep to themselves.

The price includes all bills and utilities, including high-speed wireless internet, and we require either a weekly payment of $215 or a fortnightly payment of $430. There is also a bond of $430.
