The townhouse is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3 toilets), spread across 3 levels, rooftop and level 2 balconies, rear courtyard, and plenty of space for storage. It is a couple of minutes walk to free transport, bars, restaurants and shops in Mount Lawley / Northbridge.

The street is quiet however close enough to be walking distance to Beaufort street and the CBD. The rent is $230 per week plus expenses (We split the utilities evenly – gas, electricity and internet). On street parking available.

The room being offered is a double size bedroom with built-in-wardrobes. The room is unfurnished although the rest of the house is fully furnished – All you need to do is bring a bed.

Ideally the house suits a friendly, young, professional, either male or female, who takes it pretty easy during the week but likes to be social during the weekend.
