Hi there We have a room going in a great sharehouse in Leederville. Really cool housemates in their 20s. Everyone is very respectful and we have a cleaner every week so no one has to clean up after each other. $250 a week includes everything even a spa out the back. We have undercover parking space also verge space to park on. Great house and great people to live with. Fully furnished and the room comes with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and mirror.
