Looking for non-smoker, non-drinker, maybe student, female accommodation only. There are 2 bedrooms available. both rooms are reasonably big and have a comfortable nearly new ensemble bed, table, chair and a robe. both rooms are facing South (cool in Summer) and on a cul-de-sac (reasonably quiet). The bigger room can fit 2 beds, has an in-built robe and costs $220 rent p week for 1 person, for 2 people it would be $330, the smaller room costs $180 p week.
By public transport our house is about 30 minutes from the inner city and by car our house is quite central.
The house is quite spacious, has a split- system air-conditioner and a heater, has washing machine, dryer and everything one would expect in a suburban house.
We are a married couple, my husband is a tradesman who runs his own business and I am a housewife.
