Hi I’m Kathy and I’m looking to share my great, sun-filled & modern place with friendly, tidy, & respectful flatmates (non-smokers). I’ve got 2 spare rooms and a garage for 1 more car available.

I’d like to find one person (preferably FIFO) to take the upstairs large room for $255pw (+ $50pw for all bills, including professional cleaner). It has plenty of space to bring your own queen bed and other furniture, & includes a built-in-wardrobe. You’ll share a large bathroom with 2 basins (1 for yourself) and there’s a separate toilet.

I’d also like to find another person to take the downstairs fully-furnished double room, including your own bathroom, walk-in-robe, & private courtyard, for $295pw (+$50pw for all bills, including professional cleaner). I also may consider a couple for $450pw including all bills for this room.

The house has reverse-cycle ducted heating/air-con to keep us cosy & cool, and a dishwasher to make life easier in the kitchen. Apart from the obvious (gas, electricity, water), bills also include wireless internet, fetch tv (30 movies a month and some lifestyle shows), and a professional cleaner.

You’ll feel completely comfy at home because it’s beautifully furnished throughout (only the upstairs room is unfurnished, although I can supply a futon bed if wanted) and fully equipped. There’s a big open plan lounge and dining room, and we’ve got a gorgeous courtyard so you can eat brekkie in the fresh air! It’s a peaceful household with no crazy parties. You must also be a little-dog lover… Leroy’s a part of the family, all 4kg of him (no hair or slobber issues)!

If you’re wondering about public transport, our house is literally a 2min walk to the bus which takes you only 20mins to get right into the CBD. You’ll also reach the freeway in a quick 5min drive (Hutton st entry/exit).

Yokine is only 9km’s north of the CBD. The shops, including supermarkets, are close by and you can choose from plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars & pubs all within a 5-10min drive, including funky Mt Lawley & Leederville. Our home is on a lovely street near the Perth golf course & parks.

The downstairs room is available on Sat 8th June, while the upstairs room is available the following weekend on Sat 15th. You’ll secure your place in the house with 4 weeks bond. Please give me a call asap if you’d like to pop by, before they’re gone!
