Place has furniture that came with it, but if you have your own for your bedroom it is welcomed.
Single Bed, Desk, 2 night stands, and wardrobe currently in the room.
In suite Laundry
I have a TV, and always have tv shows and movies downloaded.
Place has heat and Air Con.

The Location:
Jump Skip and Hop from library, museum, and CBD train Station.
Perfect if you need to get around or are new to the city.

Apartment building is a 3 level building with small pool, and I have 1 underground parking space also available.
This two bedroom Apartment is fairly quiet at night and weekends. great for someone looking to be close the city and transit, while still away from the noise of the city.
Small Balcony is great cozy place to have morning coffee.

Rent:

Rent is $230 / wk.
This covers $215/ wk for rent, and $15/ wk for energy.
Energy bill is split 50/50. So if there is extra, the difference will be refunded each bill.
Basically everything is 50/50.
1 week bond $215. Rent is 2 weeks in advance. (fortnightly).

The Room Mate:
Late 20′s Canadian Male. Clean, Friendly, Easy going, Quiet, Respectful.
I stay low key, working and training.

Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy room mate.
Extra points if you cook and/ or LIFT…
Non- smoker preferred, however im not fussed as long as your tidy and dont smoke inside.
