Hey all Im 20 years old from Melbourne that just moved up to Perth for work.Im looking for a flat mate to share a luxury FULLY FURNISHED two bedroom modern apartment with their own luxurious ensuite bathrooms at the Condor Tower apartments. This executive apartment is fully equipped and complete with reverse cycle air conditioning. Resort style luxury facilities include 25m Swimming Pool Spa Gymnasium and Residents Lounge.Im not staying in this apartment atm. I have a mate that is staying there and he will be moving out mid-late October so thats when Ill be taking over the lease. I will be purchasing all his furniture and equipment when he leaves. He is happy to let people do inspections in the meantime while his still there.A little about myself: Once a month I will be travelling down Melbourne to visit family and friends so you will always have the weekends alone once a month.
