Hey GuysBeen in my place for 8 months or so and time to find a roommate to ease the payments. I know I have Perth as the location but the place is in Baldivis(it wasnt on the options) Its a brand new house still things getting sorted but as long as you can put up with the odd room getting painted until its sorted then its all good :)Im fairly busy during the week and will be soon on the weekends so im always on the go so mainly home at night.The place is a 3×2 nice open living and mainly tidy. Its on a fairly quiet street. Looking for someone who has are fairly settled life social non smoker I seem to live easier with females but am open to either male or female apllicants. My house currently isnt set up for pets but is getting sorted soon. So if you have a small dog im sure we could work something out.Living arrangements eg cooking cleaning can be worked out at a later dateHmm I think thats enough. Look forward to hearing from anyone
