I have a room available in a brand new apartment block – 2 bed 2 bath on Adelaide terrace in the CBD. Floor to ceiling windows in the lounge large balcony new kitchen. Within the building there is also a roof top pool gym spa/sauna and also a roof top terrace. Looking for someone to rent the other double bedroom that has BIR air conditioning and you would also have your own bathroom just outside of the bedroom entrance (fully equipped). Located in the center of the CBD about 10 mins walk into the heart of the city buses stop frequently just outside also. Sorry no car bay. A little about me: Im 23 professional female working in the CBD full time a dental surgery (dont hate me). I am social and like to go out on weekends but also like to sit around the house at times in a peaceful environment. I also enjoy my fitness. No pets. Non smoker. Who im hoping to find: I guess the same as everyone else – someone tidy clean respectful of the other person reliable with rent. I dont mind if friends visit etc just a heads up to the other room mate just to be courteous. Rent is $300 a week utilities split down the middle. 2 weeks bond is also required. Unfurnished room.
