The apartment is situated in East Perth on Adelaide Terrace 10 minutes walk to the heart of the CBD and has a bus stop situated out the front with regular buses running every 5 minutes into the city and beyond!

It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the lounge over looking into North Perth in the direction of the new stadium. There is a balcony as well which overlooks the city itself (picture attached taken from my phone). There is air con in the apartment also and a great kitchen if you love to cook! We are situated on level 12!

Within the apartment there is a gym on the top level 29, a rooftop terrace with incredible views over the river and the city and also a roof top pool – all photos are attached.

I am a professional working in the CBD Monday to Friday. I am particularly neat and quiet and barely there during the week or weekends really. I enjoy my fitness so am busy with that in the afternoons after work. If you want to have a chat to get to know more about me or the apartment let me know !

As my room mate is leaving rather unexpectedly I am currently in the process of having to refurnish the lounge area as it was their furniture – the room itself is unfurnished but hopefully the lounge will be soon!
