Close to bus stop pretty much at the door step with Beaufort St 100m away, cafe strip, shops and spacious throughout the house.

Must be employed or studying, easy going, provide bond of 2 weeks,
enjoy light conversation, willing to assist in routine rent inspections, tidy, considerate, not a party animal, honest, have own interests

Bills inclusive except internet

Partly furnished ie. need to bring own bedroom stuff. There is an ensuite for main bedroom but the two other rooms share a bathroom upstairs and another bathroom for everyone downstairs in the laundry area.
