You will have your own, fully furnished bedroom and bathroom.

The complex has its own gym, sauna, bbq area, and lap pool. The building is on Bennett Street, East Perth, walking distance to the city, train and bus stops. Unfortunately only street parking is available.

Internet, gas and water included in rent, only electricity bill to share.

My lifestyle would suit a professional/mature minded person, that is respectful of me and my belongings. I like to keep things clean and tidy and would expect the same from you.

2 weeks bond must be paid in advance and rent will be paid weekly – $300 per week.
