I have just bought an apartment on Adelaide Terrace in the Saffron and I need a reliable house mate to move in late next month.I myself am fairly social im not a clean freak however I do not want a messy person moving in.I work full time during the day and am pretty easy going I do like my music turned up on the weekends also so if you are fine with that :-)Im looking for someone or a couple that is reliable with payments preferably works full time smokers ok but only outside drug free and just easy going people.The room itself is a meduim size it has a closet and I may provide some furniture. The rest of the place will be fully furnished all I ask is for my belongings to be looked after.
