I have a room available in Maylands, with the option of furnished or unfurnished. Rent per week is inclusive of internet and bills.

You would be living with myself, and my little sausage dog ! I am a 25 year old female, and work full time. I am an easy going person, and would like my flat mate to be much the same.

The lease is currently in place until April next year. The complex itself is quite large and they buildings are an older style.. but his aparment has been renovated which is a bonus !!

The room itself isnt that large, but definitley does the job. The apartment is located near the swan river, 15 minutes from the city and 10 minutes from the beaufort street strip.
