Looking for a flatmate to share a funky house at the bottom of Perth hills 5 mins form midland and 10 mins to Mundaring close to shops and bus stops. This house is next to the bridle trail and a stones throw from John Forest Naional Park. The room is furnished it has a tall boy and double bed. The house has a spare room for storage push bikes and other gear it has an open fire for winter and a deck for summer. I am a 33 year old professional into outdoor living I run / kayak /mountain bike and swim so I am out a lot. I need someone who is house trained clean independent.. just a warning I am an early riser and dont want a party house so if thats you then no thanks!
