Hi,

I have just finished building in Yanchep, the Capricorn development. I am looking for a housemate for long term. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with theatre and is situated a 10 minute walk to the beach and lagoon. . There are 2 rooms on offer, the smaller one (still of great size) for $150 and a bigger one (quite large) for $160. Both room have built in robs. The rent also includes all bills and wifi (fibre, superfast net).

I work fulltime in education and also study fulltime at UNI. I am a very easy going guy that is tidy and respectful. I also have 2 cats that are friendly.

The person/s I am looking to share my new home with is preferably female. Must also be a non smoker/drug user (this is not for negotiation!). This person must be tidy and be able to clean up after themselves, and also be respectful of other people. I don’t have many rules or expectations, but if you fit into this or like this idea, then we will get along great. There is already 1 other who lives here, he works long hours and is out a lot.
